Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.
Return Process

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

You must ship the item back to us at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping fees.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
